Dr. Daniel Griffin
PT, DPT, CSCS, CF-L3, TPI

Dr. Dan Griffin received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Springfield College. He founded Resilience Physical Therapy and Wellness in 2019 to bring a greater awareness to the many aspects of wellness and provide quality 1 on 1 physical therapy care in the area where the patients and their rehabilitation are the primary concern. Dan firmly believes in putting the patient first and truly values the uniqueness in every patient’s plan of care. Dan is active in the physical therapy community attending multiple conferences and continuing education courses every year.

Dan also enjoys helping people live better lives outside of the clinic via coaching. Dan works as a Health and Wellness Instructor for the Western Massachusetts Municipal Police Academy, is a CrossFit Level 3 Coach, and is Precision Nutrition certified. Dan is a board member for the Tactical Athlete SIG,  and frequently gives lectures on Health and Wellness to law enforcement agencies around Massachusetts. Previous experience includes coaching strength and conditioning at Boston College, coaching nutrition remotely around the United States, and personal training and coaching CrossFit in the Boston area. Dan enjoys sharing his passion for fitness/wellness with his athletes, patients, coworkers, friends, and family alike. In his free time, Dan enjoys getting outside, reading and learning new things!

Dr. Dan is also a Medical TPI certified clinician to be able to use a Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) to assess, diagnose and treat swing or mobility inefficiencies as it applies to the human body.

Dr. Devon Dusseault
PT, DPT

Dr. Devon graduated from American International College in 2021. Devon has a 10-year background in personal training and large group strength and conditioning coaching. He is a US Navy veteran and completed two deployments during his four years of active-duty service. Devon completed his bachelor’s degree at Goodwin University graduating with a double major in public safety/security and psychology. His hobbies include walking his three dogs, coaching fitness classes, and going to his local sportsmen’s association.

Dr. Jeff Tremblay
DPT, CSCS

Dr. Tremblay graduated from American International College where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Prior to receiving his DPT, he attended UMass Amherst, where he graduated in 2016 with a BS in Kinesiology.  While attending UMass, he worked as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist in West Springfield and Palmer, working with a variety of athletes and performed group-training for adults. He has a total of 8 years working in the field of health and fitness, and is passionate about helping individuals not only decrease their pain, but optimize their physical health and function. His certifications include Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Blood Flow Restriction Specialist, FMS, and ACSM-CPT.  He firmly believes that “movement is medicine”, and his hobbies include golfing, weightlifting, backcountry hiking and camping, and traveling.

Dr. Matt Costanza
PT, DPT

Matthew Costanza graduated from American International College in 2022 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He also completed his bachelor’s in Health Science at AIC with a minor in Psychology. Matt has a long athletic background in baseball, including 4 seasons at AIC where he was a 3-year captain. Matt’s dream of becoming a PT also started on the baseball field, when he broke his leg during a game and required extensive physical therapy to return the next season. His rehabilitation process inspired him to join the profession to provide care and healing to his patients the way his physical therapist did for him. He believes in optimizing movement in his patients to bring out their best potential to reach their goals. In his free time, Matt likes to bike, cook, ski and explore outside.

Andy Endress
BS, CSCS, USAW 1, USAS 2

Andy graduated from Springfield College where he received his Bachelor of Applied Exercise Science degree. He is the current head coach of the Longmeadow Swim & Dive team as well as a head coach for the USA swim team Pioneer Valley Aquatic Avengers. Through his involvement in Club, High School and Collegiate sports Andy has found a passion for coaching excellence in movement, well-being, and competition. His dedication to proper movement and  mentorship continues through his ongoing swim career, personal training, and group coaching. His certifications include USA Weightlifting Level 1, and USA Swim Coach level 1. In His free time Andy enjoys meditation, swimming, and finding new outdoor activities and trails.

McKenzie Lyne

McKenzie is currently finishing up her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Springfield College. Since starting at Resilience in 2019, she loves seeing the business grow and interaccting with all of the patients. In her free time, McKenzie enjoys teaching indoor cycle, cooking new recipes, and reading!
