Our Recovery Room is powered by NormaTec recovery systems. Using compressed air, NormaTec will massage you, mobilize fluid, and speed recovery in a patented NormaTec Pulse Massage Pattern.

Golf Performance
The Resilience Golf Program offers golfers of all ages a one-on-one session with a TPI Certified Physical Therapist, helping them play to the best of their abilities.

MOBILITY
We focus on improving the quality of muscle tissue where they are able to move without restriction and pain. Improve mobility and muscle tissue quality is achieved through proper movement strategies and our use of active release techniques, dry needling and other soft tissue release modalities via hyperice products. Improved mobility allows the body to be better at absorbing force, and improve resiliency throughout daily tasks and activities.
FITNESS
Our approach to fitness involves the application of functional strength and conditioning principles. Our Doctors all have extensive backgrounds in strength and conditioning coaching and implement the most effective and evidence based approaches to improve strength, movement quality and cardiovascular health. We accomplish this through reconditioning circuits, neuromuscular education and protocol based progressions.
Nutrition & Hydration
We recommend a balanced approach to nutrition with a mostly whole foods, limited processed diet. We encourage healthy eating habits that are nutrient dense and can aid in recovery and performance along with connecting you with nutrition coaches if needed. Proper hydration is crucial and education on adequate fluid intake to optimize muscle function and recovery is used in our approach to get our patients back to their active lifestyle.
RECOVERY
We optimize the patient's ability to recover via use of normatec recovery equipment, active cooldown routines, sleep hygiene evidence based recommendations and mental fitness strategies to create a well rounded health routine.

Resilience Physical Therapy and Wellness was founded in 2019. We started this business to be able to provide the best possible care to residents of Western Massachusetts and Connecticut area. We pride ourselves on providing our community with the highest quality of evidence-based physical therapy and other health services in an efficient manner.
